Meet Our Minister

Jesus told His disciples that as they went one their journey of life they should be teaching the gospel, baptizing and instructing others to observe all things God commands (Matthew 28:18-20). For the past twelve years I have dedicated my life to doing this as a full-time gospel preacher. Preaching for congregations in Ohio and Tennessee.

My personal journey has now led me to serving the Point Pleasant church of Christ in Hebron, Kentucky. My wife Colleen and I and our two children have moved to the area and are getting acquainted with the church and public. We are very excited about this new chapter in our lives and are looking forward to becoming an integral part of both the church here and the community.
My purpose is simple; I want to go to heaven and take as many people as I can with me. That is especially true with regard to my family. I want to share the gospel of Jesus with others and strengthen them in their Christian walk. I love preaching and teaching the good news, helping strengthen other Christians and serving others as best I can.

I have preached, in addition to my local work, in meetings and lectureships for congregations in nine states and mission work in Chennai, India in 2006 and 2009. I have published several tracts and am currently working on two books.

Above all I believe that the purpose of all men is to “fear God and keep His commandments” (Ecclesiastes 12:13). To accomplish this we must hear the Word of God to develop a faith in Christ (Romans 10:17). We must then be willing to repent of our sins (Acts 17:30) and confess our belief in Jesus with both our words and lives (Matthew 10:32-33). Then all must be baptized in order to have their sins washed away (Acts 22:16; Galatians 3:27). Then we must be faithful even unto death and God will give us a crown of life (Revelation 2:10).

Where are you in your journey of life? If we can help you with a personal Bible study or spiritual need please contact us. We also welcome you to worship with us at all of our scheduled services and Bible Study hours. I look forward to meeting you all and working together to one day be welcomed into our eternal heavenly home.
